HABIT NUMBER 1
Throw away all the junk stocked up in your cupboard over the last holiday season. They don’t do your body any good except pile on empty calories and give in to temptation.
HABIT NUMBER 2
Before you step in to a supermarket, make sure you have your meal and your stomach is full. This will ensure you don’t purchase unnecessary junk.

Snack on veggies and seasonal fruit. Munch on fruit to satiate your sweet tooth and veggies with salt and pepper to satiate your salty cravings.
HABIT NUMBER 4
Watch what you eat!
Mentally know your make up of macros (protein, carb and fat) on the plate. Ensure your plate has a healthy combination of the same.
HABIT NUMBER 5
Restrict eating out to one meal a week! Treat yourself to one meal – no more. This will help you save your body and your pocket.
HABIT NUMBER 6
Cook simple meals. Don’t complicate your food. Keeping it simple is the key to making clean eating sustainable.
HABIT NUMBER 7
Exercise!
Allow yourself one hour to enjoy a workout – this can be any form of exercise that makes you sweat and keeps you smiling through the day.
HABIT NUMBER 8
Carry your snacks to your workplace. Pack up peanuts, fruit, nuts and seeds to ensure you don’t give in to your 3 pm samosa cravings.
HABIT NUMBER 9
